We create a long-term rent to own program that gives you rental credits each month similar to the principal pay down of a mortgage. Your monthly payment stays the same during the entire agreement similar to a mortgage payment. Your down payment goes 100% towards the purchase of the home. Everything is handled by a state licensed attorney or authorized signing service, just like any other real estate transaction. So you can rest assured that everything is handled professionally.
You will also be responsible for the taxes and insurance just like any other homeowner. They are paid monthly based on the annual costs.
You can go get our own mortgage at any time, pay off the loan with cash, or sell the house without any pre-payment penalties. We just subtract out all accrued rental credits at that time and you will owe the remaining balance. Or just make payments during the entire term of the agreement and you will own the home FREE and CLEAR!
One of the best things about buying a home this way is that you do not have to deal with banks and qualify based on your credit. You can start building equity right away and stop paying rent with nothing to show for it.
